Ten

Ten years ago, a scared young woman put on a poufy white gown, had her hair done, makeup applied and left her parents' house.

She drove in a fancy white car to the church she'd gone to all her life, where the young man she loved was waiting at the end of the aisle. She remembers the sweet words her father said as they got out of the car, and how very much her hands were shaking even as she looked up and saw that young man standing and waiting for her in front of all those people.

That day, I said "I do," And not a day has passed that I wouldn't say it all over again.
